In a continuing effort
to enhance the navigability of our web site you will see some changes in the coming weeks. First, we will try
to organize the Q and A sections by using categories to highlight the most sought after answers. Second, we will try
to stick to the use a question and answer format on the Q and A pages as opposed to the “notice” style. Finally, we will use
questions from the membership as the catalyst for the information provided on the Q and A pages. Information requiring
a “Notice” style of delivery can be found, depending on the content, on the “LCA”,” LR”,
“Safety”, “Rules", "FRA” or “S/T” pages.
With that being said; to submit a question to the local division leadership you can: Use
any of the email addresses found on the “Contact Us” page. You
can leave a message on the phone at the office (option 4). You can fill out the dreaded
“Grievance” form and place it in the BLE-T box at the depot. Due to the time it may
take to find the correct answer to your question, be aware that the response time to your question may not be immediates...
